Harrington Research Associates (HRA) specializes in customized market research and consulting, specializing in qualitative research.   Our mission is to understand consumers inside out, including the rational, the irrational, symbols, associations, myths, memories, beliefs, imagery, and whatever else helps us uncover the what motivates them to buy, and how best to communicate that to them so convincingly that they experience a shock of recognition: That’s me.  That’s what I need (or want).

Elizabeth Harrington, Principal, holds a Ph.D. in Developmental Psychology from City University of New York, and has conducted market research for over 20 years for clients  including Fortune 500 companies.

An independent contractor, she calls on a smart team of colleagues for each project, benefiting from their expertise, academic background and sheer talent.   Given the unique skills of the team, HRA is able to deliver a range of services at the highest level of service and performance.
